Routine dental examinations are recommended to ensure that your horse’s teeth are not impeding proper nutritional intake. Routine dental floats are available with power equipment. Manual hand floating is available if desired. Bit seats and extractions can be performed if necessary. We do use a mild sedative to ensure the horse’s comfort and allows a level of restraint during this procedure.
